Songwriter’s Kitty Steadman, Carrie Welling, and Donny Brewer perform up close and personal in a Bluebird Cafe style circle Wednesday October 21st, starting at 6:30pm at the Luxury RV Clubhouse. The chairs will be in a circle around the artists as they share stories, songs, and answer questions.

Kitty Steadman
has spent the better part of a decade carving her own path through the Americana scene — equal parts grit, heart, and wanderlust. Known for her powerhouse vocals and vivid storytelling, Kitty first made waves as the frontwoman and primary songwriter for Drop Dead Dangerous, the high-energy Southern rock and roots outfit that earned a devoted following across the country.
While her time with the band shaped her voice and drive, Kitty’s solo work reveals a new depth — more personal, more honest, and more her. Her songs balance edge and empathy, celebrating resilience and connection with a voice that feels lived-in and true.
From the songwriter rounds of Nashville to the sun-soaked stages of Key West, Kitty’s shows blend energy, intimacy, and community. Her fans — lovingly known as the Steadheads — have followed her through every musical chapter, from rowdy full-band anthems to stripped-down storytelling nights. Her forthcoming project, The Orchid, recorded in Key West, marks the next evolution of her sound: rooted in her past, but boldly blooming into something entirely her own.

Fans have loved Carrie Welling’s music from the inception and it’s clear to see why. Her bold, sultry voice, reminiscent of Sheryl Crow’s grit, Tom Petty’s pen, and Stevie Nicks’ heart, is upstaged only by the genuine love and connection this performer has with her fans both on and off stage.
Welling’s latest album, Crack in the Chaos, invites listeners on a journey to search for the joy in the turmoil – the glimmer of light that always guides us. Melodies rich in Americana pop blend seamlessly with her singer-songwriter roots and empowered, honest lyrics. But while this new collection of songs maintain Welling’s signature raw vulnerability and authenticity – qualities that are essential to her creative process – fans will certainly take note of a more mature and evolved sound.
Donny Brewer
is a Texas-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who enjoys an international following that includes thousands of Parrot Heads, whose discovery of Donny and his catalog of beach and drinking songs has sent him to the top of the trop rock genre, as evidenced by his collection of 28 Trop Rock Music Awards in the last decade, including 7 Songs/Singles of the Year, and a record 6 Entertainer of the Year trophies.
While touring the country in his RV, he continues to record new material and collaborate with other artists. His latest album has 17 songs with 26 artists/writers.
Most recently Donny had “This Beer Is Making Me Awesome” cut by Texas legends Roger Creager and Kevin Fowler.
